A normative framework for field instruction in social welfare management

Abstract

Training for management in social welfare should be centered on the technology of direct services. Attention to this is a critical factor in field instruction. A description is presented of a framework of internal, external, and normative factors for the agencies in which students of management are placed for field instruction. A list of basic principles is suggested through which the framework can be implemented. (Journal abstract, edited.)
