Defining Leadership and Explicating the Process

Abstract

Leadership is the ability to get participants in an organization to adopt the organization's goals & to focus their attention on the problems that the leader considers significant. Functions of leadership are identified as organizational, interpersonal, & related to the task of attention focus.
