Evaluating state level integration of human services.

Abstract

The concept of human services integration as an efficient service delivery arrangement has been a popular idea for a number of years, but its practicality and capabilities are still relatively unclear. An approach to developing a methodology for assessing services integration at the state level is described. Issues in integrated service delivery systems and their progress to date in creating research instruments for program evaluation in a large delivery system are discussed. (Journal abstract, edited.)
